I got a few mates from UK who immigrated out here to Australia because the weather you got there is morbid. And word, they say there are places out there where it gets hectic; like be in the wrong village and get beat up with baseball bats and the like.
Rza was talking more on the individual mindset, not so much the social or economic climate of these areas of high crime. Because at the end of the day, Britain ain't a totally impoverished or unequal country, no matter what you Ali G clowns are trying to make it into or out to be. Britain undergoes a little dip in the economy and all of a sudden yall thugs. C'mon now, the problems are always economic or inequality, those problems will always be in the world, life is suffering, but it's your attitude towards it all that creates your own reality.
You don't know me and I don't know you. But I know its a big thing about being hard when you're young and finding an identity for yourself and alot of these wigger geezers and english blacks you can see they going through that chamber. So from that perspective what RZA was saying is highly relevent.

ok im not gunna respond to your bullshit about just getting this thug culture @ lol at baseball bats in villages thats timid...im sitting on more than that and i try to stay outta trouble....and its an inner city thing so if you werent being sarcastic with the village comment i can only assume your friends lived in villges in which case i can undeand your assumption...cus i see the type you talkin on when im out country way to see fam
check english football hooligans...mods vs rockers...its always been around the word "thug"wasnt invented by tupac...you can find it in the english dictionary
but lets break why rza sounded clue less now shall we??
you think prison is a joke<<<<<<yer pretty much..when ppl get slack sentences, sneak phones in take pictures of them an their pals so they can post um on my space...thats when there not too busy playin ps2 or doing smack....this aint america no death penalty...
the positive thing<<<<<england is the most pessimistic place in the world...think positive and get positively fucked
and then he caps it off by tellin you to shoot a police officer...plus more time police would take at least 1/2 hour to arrive...you spose to wait around for them??
but i aint gunna lie i was pissed off about something when i posted this and he hit a nerve with that electron shit...like i did something positive and it almost got me jumped lol plus we hear enough of people that arent in our place speaking on our situation(politicians, media outlets etc)...that we dont need rappers jumping the pond to come say the exact same generic shit that coming out their mouths...i mean this government blames the parents and ish...but who took away their right to discipline their children??if rza had said some clued up shit like that ida took my hat off to him...cus funny thing is now they can only be disciplined by police and they aintexactly adverse to smacking your head off a car bonnet anyway
but to be fair the second part of the interviews straight where hes speaking on the wu...nice insight to how they all got on..i could say more about why britains the way it is but dat aint the topic..it was merely my intial reaCtion upon hearin it...you dont have to agree with it..

Fair enough, it is what it is.
I think he called it a 'village' like it was a colloquial term, like thats what the kids say (no sarcasm). I believe what you say about the pessimism, goddamn just about everybody Ive met from the UK has something to say on the situation there...
In general, Australia has got the same laws as the UK and here oppressed gangbanger shit is out of place.
Its too chilled for that and the suns waay too nice and shit is definately not hectic. Crime is either not worth mentioning, seemingly random or if its organised its done neatly and theatrical.
Devils only come around if you allow them now.
Anyway I didn't intend to bastardise the UK, I was initally just reppin what Rza said generally, about life and youth and such.
And we all got a part of the puzzle.
Peace.
