Im hearing from some homies this is his weakest album yet LOL. They said theres only about 6-7 good songs, rest are ight but have some brutal ass beats LOL. Fuck i hope i dont get let down!!!

I really hope I am not waiting "this long" for the dirty 2 leak and then i'm disappointed lol

I do have a feeling this albums gonna be the sloppiest outta the 3 and have all sorts of sounds and concepts n what not. I dont really care bout that though, im not looking for no particular sound, i just want every damn song to fuckin bang and for the album to have reply value like his last 2!!!

State Of Emergency- Was expecting to hear a cube verse but dope track none to less
Bulletproof Diaries- Fucking crazy beat! I cant belive jelly roll produced this! Really suprised me. And Game and The Chef going back in forth is just
Money- Sounds like some Ricky Ross 70  Tony Montan shit! Real fuckin dope!
House of Pain- Damn kind of reminds me of Remedy or Compton from last album, Bangin track. Beat is off the wall
Gentlemen Affair- Chill laid back track, more for the ladies. But I like it. better than Cammera phone.
Let Us Live- Great song
Touchdown- One of the only tracks i wasnt really feelin, Diddnt really give it a chance yet, So it may grow on me.
Angel- One of the best on the album, So real dope hip hop shit, Beat is banging and Game and Common both come real dope! Great fuckin track!
Never Say Goodbye-One of the real stand outs on the album, Game really gives you a nice picture of what was going on of the last day of  3 fallen legends
Game Pain- Great Summer time track, you know what it is.
Dope Boy- A Great high energy track
Letter to King- A great ending to a great album.

One of the safest rules in hip-hop: You can't go wrong with a Game album!

The Doctors Advocate will remain my favourite Game album, but L.A.X. seems like a very good album - only disappointing if you're expectations are unrealistically high.

I do have one complaint though. There are a few weak ass tracks on it, like Ya Heard and a couple of others. Why leave off dope tracks like Superman, 911 Is A Joke and Big Dreams??

No wonder why the beat sounded so familiar. I was not able to link it to Stop The Violence beat, but I thought that House Of Pain sampled Real Niggaz Don't Die or it used the same sample Real Niggaz Don't Die used.

As Meho said, the sound on this album is all over the place. I'm happy with what I got, but in my personal opinion its still not touching The Documentary or DA, but most of his fans will probably think different. For instance, "Letter to the King" is a very good song but it cant fuck with "Why You Hate The Game" (Edit: Bumpin "Why You Hate The Game" now and it's shitting on "Letter to the King"). It's things like that which makes the difference. It's on a very high level musically, just not as high as his previous efforts. And some songs have good production but other things that mess them up. Like "Let us Live" has a dope beat with a lot of potential, but Chrisette Michelle fucked up the hook imo. Same with Latoiyas hook. I was expecting a lot from her appearance but she keeps saying the same thing over and over ("Never can say goodbye"). Game killed it on the verses though. Bottom line, very good album and probably in my Top 3 of 2008. His previousy work was probably just too good.
