Hi everybody,
I have just found my "No One Can Do It Better" album from the D.O.C. in my old closet.
And i must say after hearing "the formula" track once again, it gave me goosebumps.
That track is so innovative, The D.O.C. lyrics are high in quality and fits perfect to the beat. We all know that Andre Young a.k.a. Dr.Dre produced the track. But did you know it contains samples from Marvin Gaye's "Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler)," from his 1971 album "What's Going On.
Dr. Dre did a hell of a good job and perfectioned the beat to a high standard. I love the part when he brings the live instruments, like the saxophone solo (awsome) and the bass and drums.
Sorry for my enthusiast
, But Dre day all day!ha ha
Here are the youtube links, so you can check it!
Peace people!
