The intro starts well, but you should have whait 2 bars (not 1) before starting with the drums. The piano gotta be louder,(the piano in the background)  it's almost impossible to hear. and the small hi-hats on the background or whatever it is should be deleted.
  after 50 sec, i hear an instruments that have sthe same notes as the drums. You should delete that and put some strings, maby some accords.
  and the bass....it aint good, it sound like the speakers are broken or somethin, you should either increase the octave or try another bass. In your case the bass is only 4 tones so you can change your current bass with samples.
