Multitrack mixing in Cool Edit Pro! Help needed!!!

On The Edge of Insanity:
In Cool Edit Pro, when you do a multitrack mix, with say lyrics, beat, instrumentals together, how do you then turn this into an audio file (wav or mp3). You can only save it as a .ses file which cannot be opened by any audio player, so if anyone knows how to do this then please holla back with some suggestions.
