Juelz Santana Robbed in the UK

Rumors of all of this hit the net pretty fragmented and finished with a statement released by Juelz Santana that you can find at the very end of the article. So I've tried to put it all together for you drama lovers out there.

Juelz and the Skull Gang were in the UK last week and were scheduled to do two sold out shows that were canceled at the last minute.

The drama started when the lobby of the hotel they were staying at was filled with a bunch of South London street dudes sent by a disgruntled promoter who says he booked Dipset to perform four years ago and paid them 70,000 pounds (about US$140,000) but they never showed up.

That's where rumors spun out of control. Some said that they strong armed and robbed Juelz, others said they demanded free shows in return for the down payment already given, some said both. Rumor had it Juelz and his entourage fled the hotel or were escorted by Police to another one only to be confronted by the same mob. However Juelz later released a statement saying he talked it over with the promoter like "bosses do" and they drove him to the second hotel after they were kicked out of the first one because of the commotion.

The statement also says the shows were shut down by the UK Police after the hotel commotion and not as a result of Juelz backing out for whatever reason.

As for the 70,000 pounds and what happened to it? Juelz says he never knew about it, and it was something a former manager and "ex group member" did. Cam'ron? Max B?

"Bottom line, my former Manager along with an ex group member (no specific names mentioned due to the 'No Snitching' rule) accepted an astronomical amount of money for a paid date that never happened or was ever brought to my knowledge. I was NOT robbed. My Staff and I were kicked out of our original hotel for the commotion. The Promoter; myself and my DipSet Associate Blackadon, worked out the outstanding issue like bosses do. They even drove us to a recommended hotel after we worked out the differences."

"The London and Wolverhampton shows were cancelled by the UK Police minutes before show time due to the hotel commotion and the Police’s inability to handle the turn out”, states Lynn Hobson, Publicist for Santana who was on site during the chaos.

Juelz Santana along with JR Writer and SKULL GANG Members Richmond Rab and DJ Tobb Cobain invaded Europe on a nine date tour. Amsterdam; Rotterdam; Sweden; Switzerland; Norway (Trondheim, Bergen, and Oslo) London (Police Cancellation); and Wolverhampton (Police Cancellation) all received the Rap Artist with open arms.

And though it’s DipSet for life, Juelz is currently concentrating on the SKULL GANG mixtape featuring DJ Tobb Cobain; Richmond Rab; Unkasa; Starr; John Depp; and Deniro entitled, THE NEW MOVEMENT TO MOVE WITH which will be released on September 11th"
