Tough poll but I gotta go w/Safe & Sound. It's pretty much perfect from start to finish, whereas I skip a couple of tracks on Dogg Food (I never got into New York New, York like a lot of people). I know that has a lot to do with the fact that Dogg Food is much longer but there it is...

Very tough ? but I'll go with DoggFood, The whole thing as a movement/project the production the writting, the gangster skits w/ ricky harris the 1st song killed it and it kept gettin' killed all tha way thru till the end, bomb azz pussy, respect, smooth, let's play house all of it, probably the best group album of all time. Safe and Sound is a very close second thoe w/ don't eat it, sumthin' 4 tha mood, safe 'n sound, shit was classic itself.
