Actually 'pac did show some dislike towards snoop before he died. back when 'pac wanted death row to start a war with bad boy and other east coast rappers, snoop refused to because he liked biggie's music and 'pac didnt take kindly to this. lady of rage also refused to, which is why he called her "the weakest link of death row". there is a video on youtube with snoop discussing this situation.

as for the beef with jay-z, 'pac went at him because he had a song called brooklyns finest with the notorious b.i.g., in which biggie threw a diss at 'pac. thats basically the whole reason why 'pac didnt like jay-z. jay-z was going to release a diss record towards 'pac but after 'pac was murdered, he chose not to out of respect.
