people have different ideas of what makes a women a ho in different cultures and places all over the world.

for example some people only consider a women a ho, if she has sex with someone other then the person shes serious with it.

some people think that a woman is a ho if she has sex with any man that she isnt in a relationship with. ie casual

in some cultures a women is considered a ho or"dirty/used goods" if she has any physical contact with a man outside of marriage.
