London (england) appreciation thread

I fuckin love this city,can't get enough.
Along with amsterdam is the most wonderful city in europe,and one of the top 5 in the world imho.
The other cities in u.k. are nothing compared to london.
Manchester ?  Liverpool ?

yeh im glad to see appreciation going out too my home town.. its good seeing other peoples opinions of the city, London now is a very diverse place to live, which add's to the atmosphere and general buzz to the city.. but yeh i totally agree with the "expensive" tag London has, im use to it but i know it can be a shock to people from out of town or country...
I defiantly wouldn't go as far as saying London is a dirty place, just like every big city there always some rundown parts where crime & rubbish are common, but fuck that London is a great place to visit.. there isn't many places in the world where, you can have the buzz of a big city with an excellent nightlife which also has a back drop to alot of old significant history which is dope..

I just spent the summer there,  bartended at a pub in Covent Garden..   I had an amazing time, I got lots of love for that city,  every day on my way to work I got to see Big Ben thru the London eye

thats pretty cool mate, glad u enjoyed your time here.. what was the pub you tended at? we go down covent garden a fair bit, a load of my friends were down there last wkend celebrating my pals bday...

I worked at the Walk-about,  Im not Aussie  but I knew the manager there and was offered the job the day I got off the plane
