Well, yes. Because they allow minorities in now. Did you know that black cops in New Orleans took part in the looting during Katrina?

I will admit that the police are basically a gang, but again, that is the fault of blacks and Latinos just doing what comes naturally to them..."bangin' in uniform", as I think some rapper once said. It's in their genes to be criminals.
