Arrest In Video Game Murder

Cincinnati Police make an arrest in the murder of a man who was shot and killed in front of his sister.

18-year
old Markquez Thomas is charged with murder. Police believe he killed
18-year-old Timothy Wehr last Friday.   Today a judge set Thomas's bond
at $1.5 million dollars.

Wehr was shot in the face inside his
sister's apartment on Elberon Avenue in East Price Hill. Wehr worked
for a moving company down the street. The father of two had another
child on the way.

Witnesses say the shooting may have started as a fight over a video game.
