Blacks in Africa have never lived and treated with each other with respect. It was like this LONG before the white man ever set foot in Africa. The slaves that whites (and Arabs, which is conveniently overlooked by those NOI morons) traded were often prisoners of tribal wars who were captured and then sold to whites along the coast in exchange for weapons and other stuff from the West. That is the only life those people ever knew before whites came to Africa. They were utterly unable to develop an advanced civilization of any type.
And it's pretty obvious (as evident from Hurricane Katrina and the gang scene in L.A.) that even in Western countries, blacks will still act tribal and savage when whites aren't around to keep them in check.
