It would be interesting if the guy in the video wasn't completely retarded. Watch some of his other videos. Second thing, fuck coal. If the President won't threaten to put the industry out of business, the coal companies will NEVER invest in clean coal. The free market will never let clean energy succeed. You need to force these billionaire CEO's to either lose it all, or clean up the plants. Simple as that. The free market doesn't work. The free market caused global warming. If these people gave a shit about anything other then money, you'd have a solar panel on your roof.

Converting coal to a liquid fuel produces CO2.

If you're saying coal creates CO2, which leads co2 hadzard..yup.
You can't really clean the coal..

The King:
Either way it produces CO2, but theirs a "cleaner" way to do it, scrubbing out all the extra crap like SO2, nitroxides, and reduce the CO2 emissions overall. Clean coal isn't 100% clean, but many plants across the world use the technology.
