after listenin to this ive lost respect for Kanye  :grumpy:

i would imagine most of his fans have.

50 had an interview & Hot 97 played some of it.

he was like Kanye basically put out T-Pain's out, in his own words....problem is, I & im sure many others prefer listenin to the Pain album. LOL, 50 is always good for a laugh.

Classic in my book. Though, I'm disappointed that 'Ye switched it up on the final version of "Welcome To Heartbreak" (still a real nice song). Loved the changes to "Robocop", too.

^well i doubt he means a rap classic, or a R&B.

i dont know what kind of genre of music this is, nor do i listen to something like this...so i have nothing to compare it to, to deny his statement.

Classic music, IMO (not in any category). I don't really care if I'm the only one in the world who likes this :P Here's the 1st version of "Welcome To Hearbreak"- http://www.zshare.net/audio/51623044ae1ec7cd/

If this was anyone other than Kanye West (or if this was the first album Kanye did), do y'all think this album would get the same amount of hate? I love every Kanye West album, but I like especially like how he goes against the grain on this one (it's fresh, like when Outkast/Andre threw a curve ball w/ "The Love Below"/another classic to me).

^without a doubt, hes a sellout in my mind for what he's done.

but i didn't take that away from him, when it came down to this album.

i wouldn't mind another album like this, down the road sometime.

but he needs to go back to the rap game...FAST!

but imo, just cause its fresh and against the grain doesn't always equal quality..i find ppl are 2 quick 2 jump on anything "fresh" or "creative" (which this isnt) even if it sucks..The difference between this and the Kast 1 is that the Kast 1 was dope..

I SAID THIS WHEN LOVE LOCKDOWN CAME OUT, IT STANDS FOR THIS ENTIRE ALBUM:

Kanye isn't creating a new sound, he's doing a genre that already exists, and he's doing it to a shitty degree..

If you thought this album was good because of the way it sounds, goto the proper genre this album belongs in (not Hip-Hop) and check out some of THEIR established and talented artists (yeah every genre has good artists face it).  You will be amazed, and come back to this thread saying how this album sucks.

People have already been doing this shit and to a higher degree, but for some reason these fans haven't looked outside of Hip-Hop to hear it, and they think this is some new and skillful shit!

FUUUUUUCK OUUUUUUUTTA HERE.

Damn, Kanye went over the top with the auto-tune as if he was the first person to discover it and then some.
