Something That Bothers Me On Dubcnn

I dont say this to knock nobody on dubcnn because i love dubcnn but something that i have noticed is that dubcnn is the westcoast news network so i take as westcoast but have i notice that more non westcoast things have been popin out on the website ludacris contests non westcoast news and interviews on artists that are non west related its like cool i like bun b or common or 50 etc. But when ever i wnat real west coast news i know i can count on dubcnn but im like damn more artist that dont even rep the west is like what the fuck if i want non west news i will got to xxl or another website. And the shit is that anything that is non west related gets moved out the forum like in 2 seconds. So why not just keep strictly westcoast.

but alot of non-west artists that come out here, lotta of westcoast listeners like or they were doin funk back in the day when eveyrbody was on the g-funk tip. besides that their dope ass rappers period.


like ugk, 8ball &mjg, everybody from rap-a-lot, nas, firm, etc, etc

u can also count, twista, bone thugs, foos from AZ etc, if u dont consider them west coast either ( but i do ne ways)

I thought you were going to say something about the updates on wack rappers (but it's gotten less ever since Eddie is gone and that's good) and the lack of updates on chicano rap... instead you're knocking them on something they get more exposure with.

I understand your feelings 100%, we are still number one at what we do but we have to keep expanding the readership and to do that we have to expand content. if you go back to our early days we still posted news/audio/interviews from artists outside the west - now we just do it a little more often - but we never forget what we focus on and what most fans want from us. Over time we hope to add more content and enable readers to select how they view their content - thus helping everyone get what they need and want from Dubcnn

I guess Dubcnn Is Still The Authority In Westcoast Websites So What If Ya Put A Couple Artists That Arent Westcoast Dub Still Reps Harder Than Any Other Website Out There.
