We don't know either way. One thing I will point out is that he looks pretty old in the picture, but I'm not sure if sex offenders are required to get updated pics of them every now and then. And it was for fucking a 14 or 15 year old not a 16 year old.

One more thing. We know for sure that Dre'sta was did a year or 2 at least in this decade, but I never heard what for when that happened. So that very well could be this case.
