West: Paul, Bryant, Duncan, Stoudemire, Bynum,
East: Harris, Wade, James, Bosh, Howard,

you voted Amare over Gasol? :-\
You voted Odom over Duncan? :-\

Duncan is better, but I wanted to pick a power forward and a small forward ;D

still...voting Amare over Pau is unacceptable for a Laker fan. :nawty:

Paul
Bryant
Dirk
Duncan
Biedrins

Harris
Wade
LeBron
Bosh
Howard

Biedrins over Bynum? don't use his stats as an excuse, cuz Biedrins plays in GS. you can't honestly think he's better than Bynum, though.

^no way...Amare wouldn't be nearly as good as Pau in the triangle. Amare is incredibly easy to put big numbers on. Pau rebounds and defends much better and even has a more extensive offensive arsenal, including a great passing game.

Who do you guys think is actually going to make the teams tho? My guess...

West
Yao Ming / Shaquille O'Neal
Tim Duncan / Pau Gasol / Amare Stoudemire
Carmelo Anthony / Dirk Nowitzki
Kobe Bryant / Chauncey Billups / Brandon Roy
Chris Paul / Jason Kidd

East
Dwight Howard / Chris Bosh
Kevin Garnett / Elton Brand
Lebron James / Paul Pierce / Danny Granger
Dwyane Wade / Devin Harris
Allen Iverson / Jose Calderon

I can't pick one last person for the East. They usually throw in a worthless filler like Rasheed Wallace or Ray Allen. I think Derrick Rose just MIGHT make it.

^I'm not even judging em based on that...Amare is simply one dimensional. look at how much worse he looks in a structured offense.

Ehh...everybody in Phoenix looks worse in that offense than they did under Dantoni. Pau is probably the better fit for the Lakers but Amare is the better player.

The roles also count for something. If Garnett played for some scrub team and had not won a title yet, there's no question he'd make my All-Star team.
