i dont mind criticism if its helpful but 9 times out of 10 its done by people whose aim is simply to put me down and patronise me.

.... and in many cases its pots calling kettles black and from people who would be in better positions themselves if they concentrated as much on their own lives as they do on others...

i guess i could and would only take it from someone i look up 2...
