Follow your heart, but make sure your looking at the full picture when you follow your heart.  Look at all the possible consequences of the decision, and then if your heart is still inclined to it, then go for it. 

by the way, sometimes if you follow your head instead of your heart you won't be happy with what you get, because sometimes you try to use your brain to make yourself like something, but the heart can not be forced to love what it doesn't love.
