Why does everyone think that Dre has to keep doing things for this coast.  He's done plenty as it is and yet people still complain.  He's been a part of numerous classic albums.  Did you every stop to think that those same guys you named do not have the certain appeal that Dre looks for?  Not only lyrics but the whole package.  I know if I had the legacy of Dre, I wouldn't be co-signing the majority of the artists out here because they all lack something.
