well, Rome is a beautiful city, thanks to the church. I think that justifies 100s of years of robbery.
The church'ss attitude against condoms, abortion etc. is irresponsible and reprehensible, especially regarding the dramatic overpopulation and Aids.infections.
But people forget that the church is one of the few instances that try to preserve ethic values. Unfortunately they have almost no importance in our modern society.
Many people don't know the meaning of terms like moral and honour any more.
It's partly the fault of the (catholic) church that people ignore them, how should people consider them as credible and authentic when they can't stick to their own principles.
The catholic church was a criminal organization for a long time, not better than the average ruthless ruler. Luckily, things have changed over the years, but they still show no responsibility and remorse for their crimes in the past, that's why I reject the catholic church. No religion is infallible

Common sense. Poor blacks tend to become criminals (at worst) or welfare recipients (at best). Poor whites, who actually believe in working hard and bettering themselves, don't tend to do this.
