the soccom vs halo debates reminds me of counter strike vs any more realistic boring game that was out at the time (firearms, operation flashpoint, etc..). People were complaining about cs lacking realism, they didn't understood how the game was so well balanced and fun and you could elaborate tons of strategies. Halo is a balanced game that can be played both by noobs and experts that's why it's so popular. I also like socom games but to me the best mp on console has to be BF bad company
