Who is S.H.O?bws member?

I was just reading through the source and theirs an advertisement for this guy and he's got the black wall street logo tatted on his arm.Was he on any bws mixtapes and I just didn't notice?

Meaning he paid Game some $$$ so that he can use the BWS logo.
