T Hoe had his chance to go to Baltimore but he nixed that.  Blew it.  Which was considered an insult.  Ain't gonna happen.  I'll say more on this later.

I'm not saying I want him there. I'm a Colts fan. The last thing I want is T.O. in Baltimore. I'm just saying the best chance for him to be on a Superbowl team would be Baltimore. Giants are right up there too.
