Most of them haven't influenced rock....at least not in a direct sense.   They've influenced music and culture but not Rock.  Run DMC and grandmaster flash had a direct influence.    The reason Wayne COULD be considered is his recent attempts could have an influence - depends on how successful it is.

Did anyone watch the ceremony over the weekend? I really liked that they had Eminem presenting them. His speech was better than I thought it was going to be...he's actually a really good speaker. Plus it was such a great moment when Grandmaster J's  mother and family came out....

Yea I agree about the speech...I think Eminem is definitely going to be inducted someday, that's why they asked him to present. Fuse is going to air the show again this Saturday if any of ya'll missed it. It's def worth watching...
