Yea its the reason that I never started. My mother used to smoke and it the smell grossed me out so i guess it stuck with me.

Both my parents smoke and I still started smoking. Strange. Of course, I started with Newports because they got me higher after I smoked a blunt. Then I started coughing up blood from the fiberglass in the filter and quit that with the quickness. Now I'm on American Spirit ultra lights until I can kick the habit.

Been smoking bout 10 years now, since I was 15 and it's a battle I'll tell ya. I think my longest run without a stoge was 6 months and I really though I was going to make it all the way. One night drinking it all went down the drain. Good luck to ya!

Good work. I made it about a week, them my friend came over with his $2 a pack smokes from Wisconsin and it was over. If I didn't have to deal with idiots all day long at my job, I'd for sure be able to quit.

23 days w/o a bogie.  I played cards last night and everyone else was smoking and I didn't have one.  I came close to bumming one a couple of times but I got over it.  And truth be told after a while all the smoke started to bother me.  I'm not going lie though, I still miss them.
