I'm contiplating upgrading my phone to a blackberry cuz my phones pretty fucking old.

Who's got one? Is it worth it?

My friends are paying like 80 bucks a month for their blackberry which seems like a lot of money to me (im fucking broke)

But the blackberry messenger thing seems pretty tight and highly useful considering most of my friends have one.

What are some positive/negatives to this phone?

Yeah i guess its location, but i know AT&T sucks balls where i live. Plus everyone i know has Verizon so calling/txting is ultimately free

I have one of these   I found it on craigslist for $150 last year.  Not bad considering Rogers is still selling them new for $400.  It's got wi fi too (which most blackberry's don't).

most ppl that i know have blackberry's for work-related purposes; they're most business-purpose phones than entertainment-value.
i wouldn't go with one unless i had a stable, well-paying job and/or needed it for work.

I got the new curve. Posting on it now. The fone was free and I pay thirty five pound a month for 600 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited internet an datam good deal. I love mine. Loads of good features.
