metaphors=changing something into something else in your rhyme

simile=we here these alot in rap, they are ver cool, make you think example one i just wrote in teh battle section: "i fuck u up in the ring/you cant see me/LIKE YOUR OPTICAL VISION WAS 20/70

so a simile is when you us the words like, as, than stuff like that so yo yo yo
