yeah for sure.  Just like a lot of businesses, they prey on those who need them.  You figure, if youre in need of an ambulance (seriously in need) youre gonna call 911 and worry about the bill later.  They know this, so they charge whatever they want. If youre dying, what choice do u have?  If you have health insurance tho, you will only have to pay a co-pay for the ambulance ride and that might only be like $100 or $200.

Can kaiser be that bad? I mean to the point where patients dying at Kaiser hospital is a resemblence to rodney king?  In a sense of cruelity.

On the bright side....i'm getting paid...LOL...

but on the bad side...yeah, one of my co-workers talking back to the patient..and I was like...no way..just fuckin' be nice to patients..i mean they are giving us the job...and plus, isn't medical about helping others?
