Help! Animated GIFS ...

i dont know what happened but that pic in my signature is an animated gif
but it appears as a normal still standin picture. i am usin firefox.
i already had that problem way back and it was a simple solution
but i cant remember. can any1 help me out?
+ why in the heck do thumbnails dont work at all?

could be the same problem i got ... dont know

hmm i guess i fixed the problem ... it was a setting on my firewall. i can see your animated
pic but my sig is still without any motion?!
