whats so special about Game? I mean I like him and all but his lyrics are average. If Dre can make Game a star then why not Bishop?

haha but crooked cant make industry muzik even if he tried to
not a diss, jus at the end of the day dre dont want it wit crooked

if they had signed crooked they'd be the hottest label ever

but apparently wack asses like Obie Trice and Bizarre were better options

lol Dre wanted him before Death Row did but wanted to put out 2001, SSLP and a few other projects first.  Crook didn't want to wait.

Dre also doesn't want to work with E-40, even tho he's down to work with Obie Trice  ::)

hahahhahahahahahhahhahhha

so yeah i was quite happy with the way things turned out at aftermath. they released only a handful of albums over the period of a decade and dropped over a dozen artists. but these albums were all flawless and promoted so damn well that every one will be remembered for eternity.

then i snapped out of it and released that dre has problems releasing music and jimmy iovine is clinging to a broken business model. i proceeded to put some slaughterhouse on and remind myself how dope a genre hip-hop can be.

aftermath is more likely to be ridiculed over time for the lack of material, bad marketing (think busta rhymes) and a lack of really dope hip-hop acts coming out on the label.
