It looks like Marley didn't actually produced the whole album.Too lazy to search for the quote right now, might do it later, but Styles1 from raptalk said that Bobcat did the title track and Joe Fatal, from "Live At The Barbeque" fame, did Illegal Search and Jinglin' Baby (http://www.unkut.com/2007/01/the-all-rounder-joe-fatal-interview-part-2/)
