not surprised, cus i dont think the ref made a full 10 count. He just ended the fight while Hatton was on his back (it looked like).


Anyways.....wtf?! Damn, i expected Pacquiao to KO him. But.....wtf?! lol. Hatton got completely demolished!!  Hatton should seriously consider retiring.  He doesnt need the money, this is his prime and he just got destroyed by a smaller man. Not to mention, the other big name fighter (Mayweather) KO'd him.  Hatton isnt at a stage in his career where he is going to improve much.

As far as Mayweather Jr., hopefully that fight will happen. It would be HUGE.  Mayweather is pretty slick and usually can dictate the pace of the fight. He's got handspeed and very accurate.  I dont know if he can handle Pacquiao's power and handspeed.  But it would be something to see.  And I dont think Pacquiao's being a "bitch" because he choses not to be disrespectful.

should Cotto win his next fight Vs. Joshua Clottey. (Which IMO, he might not win)

But according to Roach, he will not match Manny with any fighter's past 140lbs anymore...
Then again Money talks in boxing.

That was a nasty knockout, I couldn't watch it because I was at work, but I got a text telling me and I was surprised it happened so early. I would love to see Pacquiao vs. Mayweather, but the money will dictate it. Pacquiao has nothing to gain by calling him out, that won't get Mayweather to fight him, and that's not Manny's style. As for the fight being a waste of money, I'd rather have this kind of fight than a boring 12-round decision where the fighters are too defensive-minded to throw good punches. The fans want to see knockouts.

Joshua Clottey is pretty tough. I like his style. I think Clottey would have taken out Margarito in their fight had he not hurt his hand in the fight.  BUT, I think Cotto has a lot to prove right now...and he's a great fighter. He should come out strong. Who's Cotto's promoter??
