This is kind of lyrics I originally expected from this track.  I thought Em would be dissing those who leeched off of him or Aftermath/G-Unit or those that have talked wild.

But, yeah, it could easily be interpreted as a diss towards any famous artist that got big and ain't fucking with the same folks they used to
