His Childhood Ends.....

A grown man with a heart of a child
Cursed with strength and the repercussions of an innocent smile
Surrounded by hatred without a clue for caution
Only a best friend clouded by a family long forgotten
Striving for survival with hopes and ambition
Buying into a lost hope created with fiction
Afraid without knowledge of societies true danger
A world of hatred, black rain, presumption and anger
A life traveling from place to place
Unable to keep your one wish embraced
A brotherly love through suffering and hard times
Where an innocent man could be accused of a crime
Still he cannot see the demons within twisted souls
Giving love, trust, and his own hearts control
To the ills of the world, ficticious personalities, and roles
He's in his second childhood unable to fully enjoy it
Due to his condition and those that try to exploit it
Only lessons from a friend to learn from and contemplate
How can he think straight when he struggles to concentrate?
He's embraced by hatreds hand
Unable to escape his fate and that last command
A killer created by the pressure of fear
Little does he know he is close to his last tear
He's in his second childhood now facing a cost severe
A brutal death or a death in the mist of dreaming
The last shot leaving him no longer oppressed, no longer breathing
His childhood ends.........

tight verse.. Kinda story telling.. i liked the way you explained the person in the verse.. It reminds me alot of a book we studyed at school called, 'Of Mice & Men' .. theres a charater in it that you damn near described as he is in the book..
