Raptalk has been reporting on Blac Nic ever since he turned heads on the "Mr. President" track along side Warren G, Bad Lucc and others. Since then, Nic has been in the booth steadily working on his "I Declare War" mixtape, of course sending all of the exclusives to us right here, at Raptalk.
