This is a stupid suggestion! 1 incident of "inhuman" behavior on "bambi"-animals,and then we ban all hunting on seals. Come on! Just another E(U)mperialism. What about all the serious people who depend on, human, hunting of seals. If cows had Bambi-eyes to, then I bet that would be banned to. :(
