We have just received news that should please Sirius Satellite Radio listeners. The Slaughterhouse crew will be appearing on the air with Tony Touch on Shade 45 tomorrow at 8:00PM. For those of you who do not know, Tony Touch's show is called "Toca Tuesdays" and this week's show also features an appearance by D Block. D Block will be promoting their new album titled "No Security" which drops on Koch Records / E1 Entertainment tomorrow. The group is now label mates with Slaughterhouse as they have recently signed a deal with E1 to release their debut project as many will recall. While the group did not provide too much additional information regarding the project they did touch on a few points. Once again the group stressed that the album release date is not set in stone. As of recently, we have heard the August 11th release date being tossed around, but the group did not make a confirmation tonight. However, the group once again confirmed that the album is self-titled and that is certainly what the fans were expecting. When it comes to music, Tony Touch did not premier a new song, but did spin songs ranging from "Slaughterhouse" to "Move On". Joell Ortiz and Crooked I did go in on a couple of beats though, spitting rhymes that fans may or may not be familiar with. All in all it was a great appearance for the group and it should definitely help to get the word around. Nope, they have been avoiding all that specific date discussion. I just don't think they want to disappoint anyone by giving a date, so if it doesn't happen on that date then no one will hate. LOL

 Yeah.  It seems like they're going to some lengths to not reveal too much of the album's content.  That's probably a good idea, as I do think that that's helped build a buzz.  On the other hand, if they're still entertaining the idea of still dropping the album this summer, they should probably seriously consider at least releasing one song as a single.  Realistically, I fully expect the album's release date to change again.  I am still holding out hope though that it will drop by at least, the end of summer.

Yeah.  Koch is usually pretty good about getting their material out there.  I don't know what caused the latest push back unless it was because Koch just felt they should take a little extra time to promote the album.

Yeah I think they are going to use the solo EPs for extra promotion and just get their name out there a little longer on Rock The Bells so more people know about them.
