Whose 'they'?

Primo:
some are very intricate and are not works of earth humans. There is a way to tell the difference. Research has showed that the ones done by 2x4s are identifiable by the breaks in the plants. The ones done by ETs are not breaks in the plant, they are actually biologically changed so the bends are natural like they were grown that way. Not to mention the intricate messages that are often encoded into these crop circles and the mysterious lights seen by farmers.

Here's the latest one to pop up, and it's pretty incredible.  Resembles a Phoenix and is located in the same field as the Jellyfish:
