Yes, its got a good chance of happening.

Why: Because Arnold feels, legalizing and taxing Marijuana shall not only keep Low-drug offenders outta jail, and thus stop wasting prison money. The money from taxing it shall get us out of debt.Honestly its actually a viable operation, and if he can get it legalized, and if its successful, then the rest of  America might Legalize it also. This is a huge step, and I'm hoping retards don't fuck it up. How Long??? He's trying to get it passed now, he's setting up his views/The pro's of this choice.

Arnold's already said he's not gonna do it. Why? Because he's scared for his image. He is putting the option on the table however, because I believe he does want it legalized, he just wants to pass on the responsibility on to someone else.


Why should it not be legalized? Well to prohibitionists:

It is perceived as addictive.
It has "no accepted medical use."
It is associated with unfashionable lifestyles.  
Advocates for marijuana legalization rarely present an appealing case.

I am not a prohibitionist.

The reasons for legalization are many, but I'm sure you already know them.
