had one earlier that made me cut my night short.  

didnt have any weed on me to help with the nausea, so i threw up bout 3 times before i was finally able to get some sleep.  

woke up a bit ago, feeling a bit better..but still got some cold sweats.  

anyone here get migraines?  and no, i aint talking about bitch ass regular headaches.

i dont really know what casues it..i just know it aint life threatening haha.

its hereditary too...my grandmother, mom, 2 of my sisters and my aunt suffer from them, too.  im the only male in my family to suffer from em.. THANKS FAM!!

not really...i mean, just regular day to day type of stress.  i havent really noticed the scenarios im in when they hit, since theyre so random.  i get em when its hot, cold, shit sometimes ive even woken up with a migraine.

oh yea maybe you need to up your intake of water. majority of niggas walking around dehydrated and they dont even know it. a lot of drinks that we consume are diuretics.
