I don't think there's one specific place that can be the answer to this question. 

Really I think that as long as the children are influenced  by parents and a community that loves them, supports them, respects them, and challenges them to succeed then they'll turn out allright.  That could be in the arctic or california, doesn't matter. 

And Lights, what's with the topic, you gonna  be a father.

It doesn't really matter, cause the way you raise your kids is what matters  8)
i think the best place would be in a city were there's a variety of diff people for them to communicate with.
the only place i wouldn't raise a kid is somewhere far from other people lol. if kids dont grow up friend's most likely they will grow up to become killers  :laugh:

Someone said Corpus Christi earlier, that's a good one....

Tempe, AZ (one of the best school districts in the US)
Houston Texas (also one of the best school districts in the US) but only in the Sugarland area.... 3rd and 5th ward, not the business....

Cypress, CA (part of orange county, also an award winning school district, but it's very close to L.A. violence is extremely low, but possible)

but none of that matters, where do you live and where are you trying to go??
