i've heard this from some people too, but it depends on the size of the bat and amount of cork inside it

why would some be allowed and some excluded?
thats bullshit.
they should ALL be excluded. everyone of them. AND, they should get their MVP, Cy Youngs, all that, taken away from them.
thats what i would do...but since selig is the comish, he wont do any of that.
