like if anything you should compare proper football to basketball...where speed,anticipation and technical ability are the main attributes
and your also mistaking football as a sport with the primadonna on 115 grand a week in the top leagues....

you guys always hate on football simply because you think it's boring? I think baseball is boring, but I'd never jump into a baseball thread and write some stupid shit like 'baseball sucks'. The classical reasoning for their hate is 'I always hate on soccer because the Eurofags are so sensitive about it'.
No, it's the envy because your sports don't get the worldwide recognition like football does.

I know, Americans can't enjoy anything without big hits or explosions. And cheerleaders of course. Maybe we should attract some 'enforcers' (in other words: potential prison inmates who have no talents except mayhem) and allow them to fight until the first one gets knocked down to make it more appealing for you.
