Sources say Toronto is preparing an offer of five years and $60 million for Hedo Turkoglu.

The Blazers are lining up a $50 million offer over the same length.

Turkoglu should DEFINATLY head to Portland, he could bring them to a Western Conference Final. ;)

ruins orlando's chances of competing but increases portlands immediate future,  but straps them in years to come when roy and aldridge can/will/should command a higher salary
