Raptors sign Bargnani to contract extension

the raps to me havent really addressed there biggest weaknesses from last season. if reggie evans is there answer to toughness then there in trouble. adding turkoglu to the raptors only made them worse in terms of toughness and defence. too many shooters in my opinion, the magic were the same last year but had more options and they still got torched in the finals.

Raptors are more of an up and down team than a half court one...i think turkoglu is perfect for the system they run. that said, theyre not championship material, of course....but theyll make noise in the east and be pretty exciting to watch. a frontcourt of bosh an bargnani may not be the toughest, but it's far from the worst.

They are really improved but I'm not sure if they are a lock for the playoffs

they won't be able to re-sign Parker apparently because they got Turkoglu.
he might be on his way to the Cavs.

and they might trade Bosh too before the deadline since he won't be signing an extension and may opt out.
