Mavs are close to acquiring Marion

<< < (4/5) > >>

tempo2:
since marion has left phoenix he hasnt quite been the same. his biggest thing is his own self confidence and his whole wanting to be wanted, which was his demise in phoenix where the limelight was firmly on nash and stoudamire. i think marion will have a very good year i really do. say what you want about marion but his one of the most versatile defenders in the league and is one of the nba's best in finishing transistion opportunities. plus his a 10+ rebound guy night in night out, but he does have weaknesses like any other nba player does.

Now_Im_Not_Banned:
Marion is a garbage-man....he seems like he'd fit in with Dallas, but he's always been overrated. that said, Dallas is beginning to look somewhat legit again (if only for the next couple years)..

PG Jaskon Kidd/Jose Juana Barrea
SG Josh Howard/Jason Terry
SF Shawn Marion/Quinton Ross
PF Dirk Nowitzki/James Singleton
C Erick Dampier/Ryan Hollins

not bad at all

7even:
In other news, the Mavs and Magic basically traded Gortat and Bass. Yet another dumb move by the Mavs.

7even:
Now the Magic matched a ridiculous 34$/5y offer to keep Gortat in Orlando, even though he begged them not to. LOL
