His natural voice can be heard on any of his stuff though

Not quite. The CD is called The Agency Presents - A Tribute To 2Pac: 2 Live & Die and it features Daz, Mc Eiht, Bad Azz, Coolio and others paying homage to Tupac. I got it - it's a good CD. You can buy it here:

No it's off of Daz - Who Ride Wit Us vol.1 - As in uploaded via that specific compilation album. Can't recall this being off of that Xray Agency release? I do remember Luccy Lucciano being all over it though, and was on one of the promo CD singles that came from it. Another song with Daz if I remember correctly

The promo CD was murder & Mayhem, but forgotten about what it sounded like. Been almost 10 years since I even sniffed at it. Could say that this was uploaded from a CD called "Hip Hip's getting High" or 'flossin', boastin' coastin', but considering the uploaders even selected the "who ride wit us" cover, I would assume that the track was uploaded via that CD too. Can always ask him
