B. The Islamic Empire of the time- The Ottoman Empire, aided Gutenberg financially in his invention of the printing press in 1454, knowing that this would be the key in spreading Islamic knowledge throughout the world
C. Many leading Islamic scholars frowned upon the invention of the printing press, and some Muslim countries have only recently recieved Qu'ran's in their own languages, and added books such as books of Sunnah and Hadith have only began to reach the masses of Muslims over the last several decades.
